Our History
Marcus Aman - CEO
Marcus Aman is a self-described "gearhead" who turned his passion for automobiles into a full-time career.
Raised in the small community of Clinton, North Carolina, Aman worked on cars under the watchful eye of his father, Michael Aman. After high school, he pursued a baseball career with Mount Olive University and after college, took his first job at Jeff Gordon Chevrolet in Wilmington, NC. After having a lot of success, Marcus would later move to Greenville, NC to be the fixed operations director for Bob Barbour and Rick Hendrick at Barbour-Hendrick Honda.
After 14 years in Fixed Operations, Marcus started Bayley to help dealership run more efficiently. Marcus is currently the CEO of our company, a great husband, father, and friend. Marcus’s passion and will to win pulls teams together to reach the finish line every time.
